Max

Every plan includes

  • Live voice calls with Codeplain, in a shared editor
  • Your own app as the lesson: any repository on GitHub, or a folder on your machine, read and searched while you learn
  • Guided tours, diagrams on a whiteboard, and code typed in front of you
  • A plan and a memory that carry over between sessions
  • Typed questions and explanations cost seconds of call time, not minutes
  • Cancel any time; the month you paid for stays

Questions people ask.

Who is this for?
Anyone learning to code, especially people building with AI tools who want to understand what they made. Engineers use it too, for a new topic or an unfamiliar codebase. No question is too basic; that is the point.
Does it work with my tool?
Codeplain reads any repository on GitHub, whatever wrote it: Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, v0, Replit, Claude Code, or you. You can also just talk, without connecting a project.
What counts as call time?
A minute on a live call is a minute. Everything else is charged in the same unit and costs far less: a typed question is about a second, an explanation a few seconds, a spoken walkthrough of a file about a minute. Every session ends with a line that says what it took.
What does the trial include?
30 days and 10 minutes of calls, with no card. If you use it up early, you can move to a plan whenever you like.
Which plan should I pick?
Pro (90 minutes a month) covers a couple of sessions a week. Max (6 hours) is for learning most days. You can switch between them any time; the difference is only how much call time you get.
What happens to my code?
Your project is stored so the tutor can read it between sessions, and sent to the AI providers that power the tutor when it explains something. Codeplainer does not train models on your code. You can delete your account and its data from Settings.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
